Tao Too Asian Eatery
I stumbled upon this great place a few days ago while out and about with my wife and son. We had originally intended to go to Sakura, but something about this little place stood out. I had never heard of it for one. We always like to try new places. As soon as I looked at the menu I knew we made the right choice.

You may not be able to see it, but they advertise having always fresh ingredients. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu and she was also very nice. She recommended the crispy tofu appetizer so we ordered that.

This stuff was so outstanding I’m dying to eat it again. The crispy tofu is served over sauteed peppers, jalepenos, and onions and some crispy noodles. It’s like two great things in one. If you order this I insist that you also eat the stuff it’s served on. The whole thing comes with some great ginger soy dipping sauce.
For my entree I chose the Tom Yum Soup (aka Thai Gumbo). (After quickly reading a review from fellow blogger at burnmymouth.com) I fully agree. It was just perfect. The right amount of spiciness and flavor. It comes with lots of shrimp and chicken and great vegetables. Definitely would be perfect if you were under the weather or hungover. Just phenomenal.

My wife and son shared the chef’s fried rice and the Ocean Trio. The fried rice was great. It comes with a combo of beef, shrimp, and chicken. The ocean trio was very impressive. It comes with some great chunks of lobster, shrimp, and scallops. It is great served over the steamed rice they give you.

We had a great time eating here on a Sunday afternoon. So good in fact I am probably going to have this for lunch today!
